		<description>Hi Brian, At one time Nevada and Delaware had the most &quot;friendly&quot; laws and fees related to forming corporations and LLC&#039;s. But many states have followed suit. You&#039;d need to check with your state to see which option is best for you. Forming a foreign (out of state) LLC requires that you pay someone in the other state to have an address and be your representative. Many of the LLC services offer this. So it may be better to stick with your home state if the fees and process are doable.</description>
