Franchises offer a ready-made business with support, but you want to do your research before investing your money. Thank you for posting.

My tips for starting a home business are 1) inventory your skills, interests, experiences and passions. Even if you buy a biz op, you should choose it based on your interests and skills over potential profit. You’re more likely to make money doing something you enjoy. 2) Research options that use your skills, interests, etc. 3) Find out what’s required in your area to start a business. Laws about licenses and permits vary, so you’ll want to contact your city, county, district or area government office that regulates business.
