I’m always surprised when people tell me they wouldn’t be interested in working at home. Who wouldn’t want the freedom and flexibility working from home brings? However, I’m not surprised that there are people out there who don’t succeed at home. The truth is, not everyone is cut out to work at home. With freedom and flexibility comes personal responsibility and accountability. Some people have a difficult time working without rigid boundaries.
