This week’s Work-At-Home Success story comes from Adam Strong of Xclusive Corporate Fitness.
Adam is an ultra high achiever, corporate productivity authority, serial entrepreneur, elite speaker and thought leader. He currently runs 4 different businesses and enjoys working with senior business leaders, decision makers, entrepreneurs, and medium-sized companies.
Adam is also a former elite athlete that trained with Mo Farah for 3 years. He uses the same skill-set he learned as an athlete to teach his clients on how to create high-performance work cultures through increased productivity and retaining high-quality employees. He is the author of his groundbreaking book Move It or Lose It a book written for companies that want their senior leaders to excel and achieve their full potential.

1) How did you get started (basic initial steps)?
I created the vision about what I wanted to achieve and wrote down my why (my purpose)

Building relationships, build brand, LinkedIn
4) What does your usual day look like?
Up at 5.30 am for mind feed, 6 am strategic thinking (new ideas to grow my business), 7 am exercise, breakfast, kids to school, 9 am send out 5-10 messages to potential clients and add value, 10-10.30 meeting with client, 10.45-11.15 second meeting with client, 11.30-12 third meeting with client, 12.15-2pm networking meeting, 2pm-2.30 check emails, 2.30-3pm build relationships on LinkedIn, 3pm-5pm focus on my projects, write articles.
5) What do you know now that you wish you knew when you started?
